Las Vegas Home Inventory

The inventory of homes on Las Vegas has risen to monumental numbers, as the graph demonstrates above.  This is due to the high number of mortgage defaults and foreclosures in the area.  Las Vegas is on of the hardest hit areas from the foreclosure epidemic.  It will be a long time before we see the housing market in Las Vegas recover to a place it once stood a couple years back.
